The 25 largest debtors of one FIDC from informe tab VIII, as filed: (rank, value), no identity — CVM publishes the concentration anonymized and its dictionary describes neither column. seq is CVM’s rank and is never recomputed from valor; a fund that files fewer than 25 ranks has fewer rows. A concentration ratio is valor / receivables (panel metric) in the notebook. From 2013-01. More than 1000 rows RAISES 22023, never trimmed: narrow p_from/p_to or ask for the newest N rows with p_limit (1..1000).
Row cap. A window producing more than 1000 rows raises SQLSTATE 22023 naming this function. Nothing is trimmed to fit — PostgREST would silently cut the response at 1000 and a cut-short series is indistinguishable from one that simply ends. This function does not page — narrow the window instead.
