screen_dormant_trend
SIGNAL, NOT A VERDICT. screen_dormant_funds evaluated at every month-end over the last p_history_months complete months, each looking back p_lookback_months: funds_filing (FI classes filing that month), empty_shells and parked_capital (counts), and parked_nav (NAV sitting in parked_capital classes). Counts of a screen, not of misconduct. A fund missing a month in its frame drops out rather than passing. Defaults are the /dormant page’s (3, 36). Every row carries screen and params.
Row cap. A window producing more than 1000 rows raises SQLSTATE 22023 naming this function. Nothing is trimmed to fit — PostgREST would silently cut the response at 1000 and a cut-short series is indistinguishable from one that simply ends. This function does not page — narrow the window instead.
